Painting and Summer seems to go along together for a time of fun and exploration for the young at heART.  Being outdoors and exploring the fun activities to do with the kids in the city are endless also you can do it right at home.  During this year's Fourth of July Celebration STEAM4YouthSuccess and Little Scholars Broward partnered up and collaborated with UFC Fit Plantation.  When STEAM4YouthSuccess led the activity, and we together organized the set up a tables provided by UFC FiT and UFC Fit Kids Club mini tables at The Walk at Plantation many families came by wanting to participate in the raffle and prizes table.  They were enjoying the music, the pretty sunny day outdoors and having an awesome time exploring the options on our tables, including that of getting a free book to grab along for a fun summer reading.

So here is to another Summer Splurge Fun activity to add to your Summer exploration adventure.  Invite some friends, gather the materials, follow the steps and Get painting!

8 EASY STEPS with LITTLE COST to your Family's budget

1. Clean your pots (ceramic, clay or plastic)
2. Let them dry
3. Gather your equipment for painting
4. Mix the paint with water
5. Apply your paint
6. Leave to dry
7. Seal the planter's paint (primer optional)
8. Get Planting! 😜🌲🌲

Aftercare activities and fun hands on activities & effects on Mental Health
