Easter and Passover are just around the corner.  What a great reason to get everyone in the family smiling with the baskets filled with fun items and not so much candy, but a whole lot of other items and options to make sure it is a fun day to spend time with others, including love ones and friends, visit the park or the beach after a visit to your local place of workship.  We usually visit our Tia Yolanda, and cousin Maryflor after we attend The Local Church or la Iglesia Local. This year it will be a very special one since my oldest brother Leonardo & his wife Carolina are moving to Florida before Good Friday.


Out With the Old . . .

It is Spring season, a time to welcome change.  Out with the Old and in with the new.  Maybe a change of furniture or a change of color on the walls and painting your home to a brand new look.  This is the phrase we hear frequently in a variety of different contexts - but most specially when it comes to remodeling. or redecorating a home.  For over a decade, Americans have become passionate fans of reality TV shows that deal with renovations: Fixer Upper, Home Town, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and various makeover shows.

The celebration of this Easter season will be the means for an eternal transformation for many families who are usually engaged in preparing the eggs and the bunny decor.  Hopeful for a better future, with our hearts and minds united for a common goal - that of feeling the revival of the neighborhoods, the cities, the nations, and the world for that matter.  Even though a renovation is temporary, our turning point in our lives or any moment of life that gives us any sort of limitation today that we may wish it would be renovated - be patient.

Aftercare activities and fun hands on activities & effects on Mental Health
